Ok, this one counts as a qeeper because it literally is less than $30..it’s free! And I know it sounds like one of those scams but one of my coworkers turned me onto this. I saw it in action, and it’s really cute and small. Very portable but large enough so you can still view the screen well. You can also load it with 2009 maps! Him and his wife both got one through this offer so I started doing some more research. I found a fatwallet thread 64 pages long of people saying that they got their GPS.

All you have to do is apply for a discover card and make a purchase (I think of at least $25). It seems like people are getting them within 1 to 2 months of applying.

I just signed up myself. The application is pretty simple. The only iffy part is having to supply your social security number but since this seems like a legit offer I’m ok with it. This offer has been going on since at least May with no complaints.
