I’ve decided to try and cut out high fructose syrup from my diet. This is quite ambitious of me considering at one point in my life I was drinking a coke a day pretty much! I wonder how long I’ll last!

Anyways, during my journey of finding drinks that don’t contain high fructose syrup I discovered Fizz Ed. BTW, I really hate fake sugary stuff too and feel that it can be just as unhealthy so I try to avoid anything with Splenda or Aspartame as well. This makes finding healthy drinks really difficult! Anyways, this Fizz Ed drink is basically sparkling water mixed with real fruit juice. No sugar added. I’m loving it! The taste is light but has enough to satisfy my taste buds.

It’s a little pricy but I’ve decided I shouldn’t stop buying the cheapest stuff on the shelves at the price of my health. I make a decent salary so health should be the last thing I should be scrimping on.

They come in four flavors: red raspberry, orange mango, green apple, pomegranate cherry. I had the green apple one and it was yummy. I hear the pomegranate cherry is really good as well.

I can’t seem to find a place where you can buy it online but I bought a 4 pack at Walmart for 3 someting. The cans are pretty small though.

These would make such a cute gift for someone who needs some good luck or best wishes. Plastic wishbones in a cute drawstring bag.
