Halloween Nyokki
For The Home October 25th, 2007

In the spirit of Halloween, I thought I would post these super cute Nyokkis that are halloween themed! Nyokkis are ceramic eggs filled with soil and grass seed. The grass grows so it looks like its the hair of whatever the Nyokki is. In this case, they come in a pumpkin, skeleton, or black cat nyokki. You can also see links to the non-Halloween themed ones on the page.

Flip & Tumble Bags
Accessories October 24th, 2007
Saw these on AT and apparently they are now sold out but still worth a mention. Just bookmark them and grab them when they go back in stock.

I love how you can roll them up in a ball and have a reusable grocery bag at all times! They carry up to 20 lbs and come in 4 colors.
For people who don’t want to spend a lot being green, I picked up these cool Trader Joe’s bags yesterday for only $2 (or was it $3?). They’re huge and although they don’t roll up, you can fold them flat and just stick it in your car. Love them!

Recycled Gum Wrapper Handbags

I found these fun bags at Unicahome. Aren’t they super cute and creative? The bags’s dimensions are about 8"w x 2"d x 4"h and cost $28. All these bags are made by hand and available in 12 different colors.

Bird Magnet
Office October 23rd, 2007
This little guy is so cute! He chirps when you touch him and holds up to 20 paper clips. It would be a great little gift to give someone when they are starting a new job! You can find this cute guy at russell+hazel for $15.
Also at russell+hazel, you can find these beautiful mini pattern binders ($16), which holds up to 75 sheets.

Sleepy Panda Salt n Pepper Shakers
Kitchen October 23rd, 2007
I’ve seen a lot of different types of salt and pepper shakers but this is the cutest one hands down!

Of course they are from Japan. Everything cute is from Japan. Luckily you can still get your hands on these at Mod Cloth for only $23.99.
Pointelle Sweater
Clothing October 22nd, 2007

It’s almost winter and that means it’s time to break out the sweaters!!! I love sweaters! I’m kind of weird though in that I like to wear old, grandma-type looking sweaters like this Pointelle Sweater from Forever 21. I love the stitching and the color. Forever 21 is great at copying the latest styles for anyone on a budget hehe.
Only $24 at Forever 21.

Pincushions by iHook
For The Home October 22nd, 2007
These diorama pincushions by iHook are so beautiful and practical at the same time. Check out this lovely pincushion for $18 called "I got a crush on you"
I love the description: "Look at him, a shy bird perched on a branch checking out the coy cutie from afar…
A fully functional pincushion, this diorama is equally decorative, too. Make it your crafting mascot on your work station. When crafter’s block hits, jumpstart your imagination by rearranging the pins and entering this enchanted little world.
The pincushion itself measures 5.5" wide by 3.75" deep by 1" high. Stuffed with polyfill. All 7 pins pictured included."
Here’s another cute one called "Sheeps in Wonderland" also for $18.
"Tend this herd of sheep as they graze in meadows straight out of wonderland. All they ask is that you come play with them from time to time…"
Beautiful Tikoli Tea Towels
Kitchen October 22nd, 2007
I love these Tikoli 100% cotton towels ($8.50 a piece). Towels in generals are so useful to have around the kitchen, plus they can add a lot of personality and "FUN-ness" to your kitchen.
